I like my doctor but I absolutely hate this office. The wait is always the worst, appointments at 8:45 not seen until after 9:30. Tons of people waiting and more keep rolling in. How do they fit everyone in?? THEY CAN'T! Once they get you in a room, you end up waiting longer!! Very close to my home but definitely not worth the hassle. The front desk staff are your average doctors office staff. Sometimes I think they are lost just like the rest of us waiting. I came here with my baby sister a few days ago the doctor saw her and solved the problem for a day she was fine after that she wasn't so we brought her back to the doctor today and when my mom called they said that walkins were accepted and now they are saying that they can't see her since they have no spots left for any patients. so sad that the front office is so inept because Dr scott is amazing. good luck being seen on time, good luck getting any important paperwork for your child unless you call for 2 weeks straight daily and then call their corporate number. my poor daughter needed one single slip of paper to avoid a dangerous situation at school and they could care less. you are throwing away your money and time if you go here.

My wife brought my son that's 3 years ok today at 5:45 pm, 15 minutes before they close, they told my wife that it was time for them to close, As far as I know a doctor makes a promise to serve and help sick people! In this case was my little boy who needed help! Can't not believe they did this! Trusts me we try to satay away from been sick but when you need to go, you need to go. It's really sad, I'm hoping that it was the lady's at the front desk and the doctor has no idea they do this kind of thing!
