I've been seeing Dr Helmick for 2 years now! She is wonderful, very soft spoken my daughter loves her and feel very comfortable at every appt
Dr Pat is THE best. She's fun, funny and compassionate. My kids look forward to seeing her and aren't nervous about their visits. The office is always clean and staff is quiet and attentive. They get busy, it's par for course, but 8/10 times we're seen quickly when we arrive on time. My kids have been seen for routine check ups, to bumps and bruises and sickness- and every time we leave with resolve. If Dr Pat ever leaves- so will we!
I cannot express enough how thankful I am and how much of a blessing, Patricia Helmick and the entire staff has been to my family. She sees all 3 of my children. She has been a wealth of knowledge, supportive, loving, and trusting of me as my kids mother. It's such a breath of fresh air. Appointment availability was 5/5 Wait time once there 4/5 Staff friendly and helpful 5/5 Doctor!!! Fantastic Took time to listen and ask questions Wish my doctor was like her! Didn't feel rushed or just sent to another specialist.
We had first gone to the office in live oak and that office was horrible but then we switched to bulverde office and found this AMAZING pediatrician Dr. Pattie! She wasted no time with my child, immediately sent her for ENT after all the issues we were having. She went above and beyond for our daughter! I'm forever grateful for her! The office staff here is NOTHING LIKE LIVE OAK! They are friendly, genuine, and make it a pleasant experience coming in and making apts over the phone. I have been bringing my kids to Almouie for a few years now and we LOVE it! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The staff takes time to listen to concerns and to make sure we are taken care of.
Fantastic office. Very friendly and easy to schedule and appointment. Really awesome they have separate waiting rooms for sick and well patients. Not exposing well kids to sick germs is a great idea. The PA was fantastic with my preemie!
hate this place so much so mismanaged and poor scheduling practice's fully staffed but still always behind.
If it were not for Dr Helmick and now Dr Devin, this place could potentially see a lawsuit. My son had a brain injury this year. We have been doing follow up care with others drs and his PCP here, Dr Devin. The front office has continually made this hard for us. Appt issues, insurance issues, paperwork issues, i could go on. Yesterday we were told we have to change PCP to be seen on insurance. They could not do anything, I must fix it. We left.
