I recently gave this location 5 stars in the past.... My review has changed. I originally chose this location because of Dr. Patricia Helmick. Since she's no longer there, and while I don't have any issues with the current providers, she was the main reason we were willing to travel farther than necessary to come here. The front desk staff is useless unless you are standing there in front of them. They do not answer phones. Anytime you need to get in touch, it's a call center. So many people to go through in order to get a prescription which should have come with 3 refills to begin with.

Takes forever to see a dr. Then you never get your prescriptions put in. Transferring offices.

I tried really hard with this office. Scheduled my son's annual wellness appointment, on the day of the appointment after waiting 20 minutes in the lobby they let me know that he can't be seen until a certain date. It would have been nice to know that before their office scheduled the appointment. Save yourself some time, avoid this location.

If you want to be frustrated and given the run around sign up here. Ever since the med group bought the clinics it's hell talking to someone the clinic is ALWAYS too busy to answer.

At first the care was great, then on her 3rd wellness visit the NP there tried to tell me that my 4 MONTH OLD could take Motrin for her frenectomy pain and to put Ora gel on it as well! I'm glad I knew that you can't give them Motrin till 6 months of age or she probably would've hurt my baby out of negligence! I will not be going there ever again!!! I WILL NOT have my baby hurt out of pure negligence! I had to go to an urgent care to get a second opinion to be sure nothing was severely wrong with her and to be sure the meds ... read more

The staff is just retarded. They change front desk so often they never know what they're doing! Every time I come in there is an issue with them being able to verify my insurance. It's a waste of time every time we come. And only reason we keep coming is because my daughter loves her doctor and needs her medication. I've never seen such a horribly run office as this one in my 10 years of being a nurse myself.

We as parents put 100% trust into our Pediatrics centers since they are the only ones who can help us when we see our child sick and feel helpless!! This is my THIRD terrible experience and i should of know from the first terrible experience it would of only gotten worse. On Friday morning 07/16 my son woke up with a really bad cough and slight fever. I know cases for RSV have been high this summer and thought to get him in right away before the weekend. Absolutely horrible, this company will not longer be providing care for our 4 year old. We called in and had asked to have one of the on call doctors call us back because our daughter is throwing up and we have tested positive for Covid. The doctor called and basically said to my wife "what do you want me to do about it". What a joke! Thanks for nothing!
