Dr. Roland is such a wonderful doctor for my child! He has been my son's doctor since he was a newborn and it is lovely getting to have a consistent doctor that knows my son's health and growth. Anytime I have a concern, he gives me a logical, thorough explanation of what he believes is going on. His level-headed advice is refreshing and much appreciated while handling the worries that come with parenting. The staff is very friendly at this office as well. Changing doctors/locations with two rambunctious children is always a bit exhausting. Ontop of that, getting through to Medicaid to change practitioners. MERCY made this transition so easy, she provided me with all the information I needed to call and change providers and who to speak to. Doctor Neha was also very patient and kind in addressing my concerns and the kiddos didn't side track her from any of it. Thank you One very tired momma

This is the 2nd time I have taken my child in the last 4 months - where i am told a prescription wll be sent to the pharmacy - 3 plus days go by many calls made to MD Kids no call back & no medication. Saturday, we had the appointment its Thursday * No call back - no mediation.

Good experience with the doctor for years. But we moved out of state, and I have been asking for them to send our medical records to our new doctor for over 6 months. I've called, emailed, filled out the same forms multiple times. So has our new doctor. Today, I filed a complaint with the state of Texas for their failures.

The worst; they are horrible with answering their phones. My daughter's medication was never sent over to our pharmacy. I've been calling all day today and they are steady picking up and placing me back on hold without even greeting.

Horrible service with billing, calling to just make an appt, doctors! I've gave them numerous of chances on different days and it's still dirty as well as unorganized. They charged me a co-pay when I'm on a deductible plan, it's been over a month and they still have not fixed it.

If I could mark 0 stars I would. I have been extremely disappointed in MD Kids; when we first had our son we made an appointment to see Dr. Monica Fonseca-Aten. To our surprise when we attended the first appointment she was not the doctor that waked in the door. The doctor was nice however, not who we were expecting. The following appointment again suppose to be with Dr. Monica Fonseca-Aten; again not who we ended up seeing; we later found out that she has not worked at this location in over two years! Absolutely the rudest most incompitent bunch of folks I have ever encountered. They said they couldnt bill my insurance even after being told by the insurance my not even week old baby would be covered. They then stated it would be insurance fraud to send the bill to the insurance. Not only do I now have to gather all these receipts and spend my time to send it off to be refunded for covered care that were notified about over the phone. Waited over 2 hours and still didn't get didn't get seen, I had to walk out. Every time I go it's a different doctor seeing my kids. Very rude and unprofessional staff, when I said I was leaving and no longer wanted to wait they mocked me by saying bye rudely over and over again. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING & wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
