We were previously here when it was Children's Medical Group with Dr. Murthy (one of the best), but it was abruptly right after MD Kids took over. Staffs and the organization professionals were suddenly replaced with teens and nurse practitioners. The business were unorganized, poor communications between one another. They were going to give my daughter an 18 month shot when we were there for her one year visit. They claimed our appointment was for another time and considered our visit as a walk-in. Office staff is terrible. If I didn't LOVE Dr. Murthy so much, we would have left as soon as they made the change from Children's to MD Pediatrics. Receptionists never look up from their computer/phone calls to acknowledge your presence, they no longer give reminder/appointment confirmation calls, the wait times are ridiculously long and now they don't take my insurance anymore. We are devastated to be losing Dr. Murthy because the new practice refuses our insurance, but at the same time, relieved to never have to deal with ... read more

This is only our second time here, We're in the waiting room and just saw the doctor enter the clinic, bag and all, 30 MINUTES after we were supposed to be here. I'll update my rating IF we choose to come here again and have a different experience. The first visit we waited a total of 1.5 hours including in the waiting room and in the examination room. Doctor had a great bedside manner, I'm not sure that makes up for the tardiness.

Doctor was GREAT, but that's all that was good about this place. Arrived almost 30 minutes before our appointment, signed in 23 minutes before (there was a line to sign in). Weren't even given new patient paperwork until AFTER our scheduled appointment time. Should have left then. Takes me about 5 minutes to fill out and I turn it back in. And wait. And wait. Then twenty minutes AFTER our appointment time, I am asked for my new patient paperwork. I tell them I've already turned it in. They spend the next few minut... read more

Called and made an appt for my 11 yr old daughter early in the morning. The appt was scheduled for 1:45 PM. I was told we would need to arrive at 1:30 PM. We arrived at 1:30 PM. Checked in and filled out their label form. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Apparently the Dr. that we were assigned to for the appt was at lunch. For some reason they can't or won't factor in when the Dr. will be at lunch to schedule your appointment.
