Everyone is so nice here and answers any questions I have ! I came here because the one on Abram's wasn't giving me the care I needed and was trying to make me feel bad about how I care for my daughter (not breastfed anymore) but the physician here does the complete opposite and I appreciate her!
The staff was very nice. Dr Char is very personable, professional and kind. One imprtant thing that needs to be improved. Someone should answer the phones. When you call the clinic you receive a recorded message and a series of prompts to leave a message. I needed to speak to someone about medication it was urgent. I left 2 messages and never received a call back. They are closed on weekends. I was forced to drive to the clinic on Monday morning in order to speak to someone.
Definitely recommend! If you are looking for a pediatrician ask for Dr.McKenzie! She is the best and most sweetest Pediatrician there. She has been seeing my daughter since her new born check up. She is very professional and very clean with touching your little one as well! I will never change my daughters pediatrician. She was recently located at another MD Kids. My daughter has seen both Dr. Davila and Dr. Pagan and they were both great. The office accepts walk ins. but if you go in the evening you'll wait an eternity, so try to make an appointment for during the day.
I loved this place. It was clean super friendly staff and it wasn't too crowded. I was especially impressed with the Dr she was very kind and virtuous. I am a mother who has chosen not to vaccinate my child till he is older (read it again it says TILL HES OLDER). She respectfully told me couldn't treat my son in the future seeing that he isn't vaccinated and her ethics prevents her from seeing us in the future. My 11 year old son is seen at this office, Its clean and friendly, the wait times are minimal
Says closed at 6 and we went at 5 and it was already closed, called through the phone beforehand and asked if we were able to come at 5 because of our schedule and they said yes, we came and it was closed
Dr. Davila - This provider after never having met myself, my daughter, or our family, had the audacity to not read anything in my daughter's file to see that she has autism and adhd. She insinuated that I was making poor choices by keeping my daughter on her anxiety medicine and then referred us out to multiple psych providers. My daughter's anxiety is a chemical imbalance.
