I used to love them but not after today. I had an appointment January 23, 2024. I took my two kids to get checked and when I left I wanted to reassure myself with a question, when I called someone in the front desk of the clinic answered and said "I don't care" & hung up. I called again and the same thing "I said I don't care" & hung up. I called a third time and this time she said "Stop it" I thought since it was almost closing time that's why she answered that way. waited on hold for 30 mins so I drove up there just to make an appointment. my insurance tried to call them and they kept hanging up on them and was so rude when they finally got through.

Avoid coming here unless you have all the time in the world. 9am appointment for my grandson for two shots Almost an hour later and still waiting. Poor service. Very disappointing

the worst place, and terrible customer service, terrible call representatives or whatever they are at their call centers , i called 5 times to get my daughter's medical records because i didnt have a log in for her portal. they said they sent me an " email " which i never got numerous times. a week later i had to figure it out myself it took me days. they talk over you, bluntly ignore what youre saying, overall this is a horrible place, every location is bad. if i could rate this zero stars i would.

I have always went here to take my son for like the last two to three years. And before in recent visti I let things slide because we are all in the pandemic of 2020. But today was by far the worse appointment was at 10am got there fifteen mins early and was not called back until 1125 . And when I asked when we was gonna be called I was told we was next and three five other people was called before that. There was people that had appointments before us and went in before my son did. If you want to get your phone calls transferred 10 times and still not get help or assistance, this is a great place for you. Also, if you schedule and have a set appointment time, go ahead and still plan to wait an hour to be seen and then another 30-45 minutes to actually see a doctor. This place is unorganized, and they do not value you or your time.

not been the same since MD took over , terrible comunication, staff had to get a hold of and I have to call multiple times to get anything done

I gave it one star because I had to. This is the WORST place to take a sick kid. The waiting is over two hours, I have spent up to 3 hours with no direct answer to exactly why other then they are flipping 8 rooms and TRYING to see up to 50 patients a day. No compassion from any staff member. The front desk clerks are not easy on the eyes on top of their rudeness and incompetence. They have sent my sons prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and then told me that I did the change. Just one horrible experience after other. I w... read more

Horrible staff..front desk and even the nurse. Extremely rude and taking personal calls even when they are with you. Had an appointment and didn't even get seen until an hour later and then another hour to leave just for a simple check up.
