Almouie Pediatrics McCreless is amazing. They are very companionate and caring. My children have received the best care in SA. Sometimes the wait can be long but, I can take it with how great they are with my children and their education. NP Garza and NP Jaramillo are one of the best Almouie providers.

I had a great experience at Almouie pediatrics at McCreless the were fast efficient and answered all my questions the nurses there were professional,down to earth and nice , they are doing a wonderful job! Thanks Almouie

So i love this place except for Leahgail Tschoepe-white. Anyone im placed with is always excellent and listens to me as a mother. Past PCPs have always said, "You're the mother. You know your kids. We're just here to treat. " except for her. She constantly asks the same questions over and over as if she's looking for an inconsistency in what we're saying. She questions why I want certain things even though the treatment plan was already discussed with another physician. She comes in the room unprepared and unorganized. She ... read more

Dr. Diaz and his staff have been great. Every time we go in for an appointment we are greeted warmly and the office staff always have smiles on their faces. I have not had any issues scheduling appointments or having paperwork completed.

Had an appointment scheduled for 1:45pm I took off work to make sure I was there on time. My daughter was in the waiting room wheezing from asthma all the way to 2:45pm. I decided to call and reschedule the appointment for a different location. They scheduled her appointment at Highway 90 for 3:00pm by 3:20pm I was in the room, seeing the doctor. I would give no Star if I could.

staff at front desk are rude, they didnt answer my question. they gave me an ugly look and called the manager, i explained my frustration. It look over 45min to get any response, even when i checked in during the patient portal!

Instead of complaining about the mcCreless it went to the one on culbrea I will say again that office needs some real changes they lost my id they never answered my call to me not even the austium office they never called back so what kinda of office is that I have no issues with the doctor the issues I have are with the front desk and back office if they can't handle it why u working there but y'all always say u will do something but u really don't cuz instead of answering to the parents of the kids y'all take there workers... read more

I used to go to the one on se military before I loved it there sadly they closed down. This location is terrible I went there 3 times and I finally gave up. The wait time was forever even when I was the only one in there it took me 45mins to hr to be seen then the pedestrian (I don't remember her name) was rude and had so much attitude for no reason. Preferred the location on SE military , so came here been here twice. Wait time is long even with an appointment, I dislike getting asked what I am there for when clearly there is a chart explaining my reason to be there. You can clearly tell that the staff does not care and is ready to get you in and out. Like a drive thru service.... Hoping it improves for other people still taking the kids there. I will no longer return and find some where else to take my family.
