This place has little regard for patients or staff. If your desperate they will do. Watch them closely. They will lose you in the system and they do not follow up on their patients. You are on your own once you leave.

wait time is horrendous even with an appointment. Then after you get called your waiting another 30 to 45 minute. the Doctors dont know the procedure for having scans done at a hospital. Telling you to walk in to the hospital when you actually have to make an appointment first. (Happened twice even after addressing it the first time) Some of the staff are good but the two desk staff have no idea how to efficiently do their job. They set appointments for a certain time but have you waiting for 2 plus more hours and ignore you when you ask when your child is getting seen. They purposely call on other patients when you complain just to make you wait longer. Horrible horrible clinic!! Do not come here!!!

Do not come here unless you want to spend hours here before you even get seen then once you go to the back it's another 30-45 minutes before getting seen they take forever if an appointment is set at a certain time I would think we would get seen at that time because we made an appointment no not this place they go based off of their own time there's no point in making appointments. Joke of a doctors office. The wait is horrendous and the wait room smells like urine. Unfriendly front staff. Avoid if you can.

My daughter is 6 and in constant pain. She saw a GI Specialist and was told both ofhe kidneys are enlarged she needs to see a Urologist but the pediatrician has to do the referral. That was a month ago!!!! Everytime I call they give me the runaround. My daughter is 6 and in constant pain. She has missed so much school she is behind. Find another office because for the last 3 years it's ALWAYS an issue and they have attitudes about it.

Only come here if you want to spend upwards of 2 hours past your scheduled appointment times before even seeing a doctor. They overbook and take walk ins on top of it, meaning you will spend hours of your day here for no reason. If I could give this hell zero stars I would.

Scheduled an appointment for 10 am and we didn't get seen until 11:30ish. Didn't even get to see a Doctor. A nurse practitioner was the one who came in to see my son. I do understand they get busy but I did not see many patients and if there is a Doctor there too and the nurse practitioner (Leslie Arnold) then why the extremely long wait? She wasn't rude per say, but didn't give good welcoming service. Also, ever since they began using call center it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone at the office and message... read more

This place is full of sh*t! My daughter was sick and wanted to get her checked to make sure she didnt have the flu, so we walked in around 4:45pm and the office clearly had a sign outSide that says they close at 5pm, so they're obviously not closed... the Arabian young girl in the front desk looked at me like I wasn't suppose to be there... didn't greet say hello, NOTHING just starred at me like ummmmmm...I was like, hi, I'd like to see a Dr, she's like do you have an appointment?
