The staff was extremely friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. I waited five minutes to get in. The total process took right around thirty minutes. This was the best Urgent Care I have visited. Thank you Medella staff!

Super awesome staff and never have to wait more than 10 mins. This is why I’d rather go to Medella urgent care than to my primary care physician. It costs me a bit more but it’s worth it!
Fast quick care. It was excellent.
One of the best experiences I have ever had. The receptionist was courteous and very helpful. The nurse practitioner was amazing. She was knowledgeable, explains everything, did not rush. Sara was one of the best nurses that I have met. The service was fast , even though they apologized for being slow. It was a wonderful experience.
