They were excellent! My nurse was very kind and considerate. The Dr was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. Very clean and the lady at the front was quick and friendly❤ Would definitely go back
The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The wait was short, I was treated quickly and professionally. I highly recommend. The only concern was that my nurse was clearly sick. She was wearing a mask, so all good, but I would prefer to not have an intake nurse who is battling some upper respiratory issue that could be spread. I’m sure though that being a healthcare professional she was cleared for work appropriately.

Went in this morning with a Scorpion sting! They were unsure at first if they would be able to treat, but they went above and beyond, called sister hospitals and toxicology drs to decide the best treatment. They were genuinely concerned for my well being, had friendly, optimistic attitudes and got me feeling much better.
Excellent care excellent people
They were very busy when I got there & I waited quite a while but they were very courteous & apologetic. Lots of flu & strep going around. They were very professional & got me taken care of quickly once I was called to the back. I will go back!
I’ve used them twice and both times the staff was awesome. Wait time was minimal and care was excellent!
I absolutely love the staff at the medella urgent Care. They are extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them .
