it was horrible the lady she was mean I said fuck when I filled out my paperwork. She said if you’re gonna talk like that, you need to leave. my son had a 102.8 fever. We left Horrible. Never again

Be the first person to show up and have the 8 am appointment; no one answers the phone at 8 am or calls back, magically 3 people who showed up after you get tested first. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE NOW. Nice people though.
HORRIBLE DISGRACEFUL NOT HEALTHCARE! I was just screwed out of $150 & over 2 hours of my life I can’t get back sitting IN MY CAR to be told since strep test was negative and they “can’t examine you in the parking lot” but you can’t come in because you’re sick basically shit out of luck, take some ibuprofen! Seriously?! Now I’ll have to take time off work to take my kid to an actual dr for actual healthcare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I've brought my daughter, myself, my husband and my 3 stepdaughters to both medulla locations for a couple years now. My daughter is an epileptic and ataxic, so we are NOT strangers to doctors and hospitals.. My daughter alone has probably been covid swabbed 10 times, along with the other 5 members of my family party of times over the last year and a half, NEVER in my life have I encountered a medical professional so violent and careless as I did this evening. They do not know how to handle the check in process properly. They “forgot” about me after waiting an hour. Ridiculous and not even an apology! I do not recommend this place at all. Save your time and patience and find a better urgent care. There is NOTHING urgent about this place!!
Not thrilled that because I’m still testing positive for COVID even with no symptoms that I could not be treated. CDC even states that you will possibly test positive for 90 days after initial test but that you are no longer contagious. All I needed was follow up blood work as I don’t have a PCP up here yet. They would not even treat if positive test. The NP was nice, staff was nice, just frustrating that treatment is denied based on something beyond our control.
