I would give this Magnolia location the benefit of the doubt given the circumstances of COVID-19. Medella Urgent Care is at best a quick resolution to same day basic medical care other than an ER or not being able to get an appointment with your primary care physician. The entire transaction takes place in the parking lot while you are inside your vehicle. We have been here before and the attendance had been very good but today I had to take my wife out of her job because she felt something wrong and when I got to Medella Magnolia I saw a sign that said brand direct to the office which I called and I could do My appointment online when I get to the place again my wife got off and they returned her because according to them she had COVID they told her to call and I did they asked me the symptoms and they said ok it is $ 30 when my insurance card says 10 and which one I told he... read more
I needed a COVID test for my upcoming trip. I went last Friday and got tested they assured me I was getting my results in 38 hours. 3 days passed by and no results. I called multiple times with no answer. The one time they answered the told me the results over the phone which is not acceptable proof for the airline. They told me they were sending the email right away. Now Day 4 and still not results from them. Really poor customer service
I was harassed by the nurse. I had the common cold and went to get a doctors note. The nurse told me I didn’t have the cold but I had covid. I never went into the office, I stayed in my car and she came out. She never ran any tests. She simply asked what was wrong and I told her my symptoms. RecommendedBooked appointment for COVID test on-line. Arrived at appointed time, called to notify I’d arrived, nurse took insurance info on phone, came out to car & administered test, returned w/ result in approx 20 min, as promised. Courteous, professional service.
