John wasn’t helping, neither was his buddy. Just wanted to know how to get a new battery! WTH
Bought an expensive thermometer, which proved to be very inaccurate. Asked to return it and they refused. Their offer to "make it right" was to give me a 1-800 number to the manufacturer. Will not buy anything from them again.

Highly disappointed. Purchased a Masimo RAD-5; what arrived was the RAD-5V. Returned, and unit was received 8/3/17, but refund not yet received, nor was follow-up email sent 4 days ago responded to.
I bought a MIR Spirobank ll. The equipment arrived with no instructions. All I want is to download the software on my laptop...really, that's it. MDD was not able to help me and told me to call MIR. I did receive some one and two word offline messages. I called MIR and the guy seemed offended that I called...still nothing downloaded. But all is well, MIR told me that their tech guy would be in tomorrow! My experience with MDD is one of the worst i have had with online shopping.
