Easy to navigate website
It was an easy to find what I needed.
Everything went well with the purchase. However, I expected to receive updates on the status of the purchase, which I did not. After a few weeks I checked my account and found out that the items had shipped and had been received. I would liked to have been notified about the shipment at the least.
Easy to purchase items
There was an issue/confusion on when the item would be shipped and the vendor did not check in follow up with the issue. I had to contact them and determine why we had not received the item and they were able to talk to the manufacturer and send it out but it was delayed several months.
