When the laundry basket was delivered, the frame was bent and the wheels didn't all contact the floor. The basket also had a couple of places that were bent, but it functioned just fine. The outer box was fully intact, so it was pretty obvious that the damage had occurred prior to being packed and leaving the factory. When I contacted MDD with photos, they got right back to me letting know that they had been in touch with the manufacturer.
