I have both cataracts removed and eye lids repaired to increase my field of vision and have NOT been disappointed at all. The staff and Doctors have had had the pleasure interacting with are highly professional and very knowledgeable!

New patient. Charged $300 for office visit, then nearly another $300 for my eye exam. All the while, nobody informed me of these charges until my insurance sent me the bill. Let alone, I still have red, itchy eyes. Nothing was done. I feel severely burnt, disrespected and like fraud was committed. I will never recommend them to anyone, including my patients...I am a nurse.
Nurses very friendly, but also very efficient. Dr. Patel also very cordial and efficient and takes time and explains course of action with patient and family. Very good and sincere explaining medical issues and treatment. Very good patient experience. Thank You !.
Stop and consider that people work. Quit separating the scheduling of surgery from the consultation visit. I should not have had to take an additional day from work to drive in for a 10 minute visit that could have been taken care of immediately following the doctor's assessment. I will not be recommending you to anyone who has the need for cataract surgery unless I see a vast improvement in valuing my time. I am a paying customer. My time should be of value as well.
