From processing in, meet and greet all the personnel have been wonderful. They readily keep the patient and family informed and often go out of their way to insure their medical needs are met. I am completely satisfied at this piint.

1. Delayed new admission process. It took approximately 32 hours to continue his IV antibiotics he was prescribed from the hospital and was transferred via ambulance. 2. Slow response when I asked for assistance getting patient to bathroom. 3. Dirty rooms,: trash can in room was overflowing and I repeatedly ask for a trash can for the bathroom. No place in bathroom for trash. 4. Facility itself: grounds were very kept up, clean building, nice common areas.
All the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Staff tries hard under difficult circumstances. So do we, though. Food is pretty good but not enough of it. Staff took away all meds to dispense for themselves, then returned ones they said they didn’t need, then came back looking for ones they gave back but actually needed! Piano needs tuning. Most staff very kind and friendly.
Facility is clean and the rooms were a nice size, all the staff were friendly and professional but it was difficult to get any information about when the doctors would be there and what time PT or OT would come since I wasn't able to be there all the time it would have been helpful and I think my husband would have like a schedule
