We brought the Royal package, took 2 nine year grandkids and had a blast. We purchased 2 swords before the show started, as we were leaving they didn't seem to work anymore. We went by the desk we purchased them and the young lady replace them with 2 new ones. Such great customer service. We will be back very soon.

We bought King 's package. We did get our tickets first, picture with the king, got a lanyard VIP card attached. When ready for seating, it wasn't so royal... everyone went up to the door once open. Should have at least a nice red carpet specially for the package, more acknowledgement. Front middle row seats were great! Food... the chicken and potaoes were delicious! We do have a special VIP red carpet rolled out and the doors are blocked off until seating begins, but perhaps the chancellor was not clear enough to everyone that VIP guests enter first. It was an amazing time!! The atmosphere is spot on and all the people are friendly. They were getting excited for my child's first time just like I was. Can't wait to go back again!!

I have been to Medieval Times probably 5 times in my life and yesterdays show was the best yet! Buy the royalty package! They really make you feel special and the seats were great! Thanks for all you do!

Great show, took my husband to celebrate his birthday. The performers were engaging and fun to watch. The food was delicious, especially the potatoes and chicken.

Hubby and I visited tonight. We had general admission tickets. We loved it! Food was delicious, the show was incredible! My only wish is that we had purchased VIP tickets. We will definitely do that next time!
