We did the royal package. We loved it. Great show. Food could have been a little better but it was still good. Can't wait to go back.

We brought the Royal package, took 2 nine year grandkids and had a blast. We purchased 2 swords before the show started, as we were leaving they didn't seem to work anymore. We went by the desk we purchased them and the young lady replace them with 2 new ones. Such great customer service. We will be back very soon.

We bought King 's package. We did get our tickets first, picture with the king, got a lanyard VIP card attached. When ready for seating, it wasn't so royal... everyone went up to the door once open. Should have at least a nice red carpet specially for the package, more acknowledgement. Front middle row seats were great! Food... the chicken and potaoes were delicious! The corn was the type you buy at the frozen food section. It was over cooked and mushy. I was not impressed with the tomatoe bisque. It was warm tomato juice. A... read more

Thanks for your review! We are sorry for the unpleasant experience entering the arena. We do have a special VIP red carpet rolled out and the doors are blocked off until seating begins, but perhaps the chancellor was not clear enough to everyone that VIP guests enter first.
