Tha mechanic who serviced my oil burner in June-a recent hire of 6 month’s duration- was excellent. He came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, informed me that he had the replacement part in his truck, and quickly replaced it. He then went on to do the yearly checkup that he was there for. He also told me he’s a recent veteran and so I hope that Meenan had that in mind-aside from his credentials- when it hired him. Overall an excellent new employee.

The burner started malfunctioning around 9 PM. Since it was a Friday night, we didn't know how long we would have to be without heat, which was a concern. We got a call that the technician was on the way within the hour...that is wonderful service. When he arrived, Chris, the technician, diagnosed the problem quickly and got the machine up and running in a short amount of time. We have never, in 30 years with Meenan, gotten service that is not top-notch...we highly recommend them.
