Technician was very knowledgeable
The tech was able to correct the problem in a very short time. He was polite and explained what he was doing and what the problem was
Serviceman was very courteous and professional and took time to explain what he was doing
We had a hot water leak on our burner , Sunday night at 9pm A serviceman was at our house within 20 minutes. He fixed the problem quickly & was extremely knowledgeable & personable
The serviceman was knowledgeable and explained & fixed the problem in a timely manner. And he also looked at another issue I was concerned about. Chris Irving was the serviceman and he deserves acknowledgement for a superb job.
So far all is working well.
