There was too much back and forth as to the price of oil. It was almost as if you wanted to see how much the customer was willing to pay instead of quoting a legitimate price. Also just sent a contract to sign without telling customer beforehand what contract would cost.
Outstanding. The representative arrived on time and was wearing the appropriate protective clothing to address cover 19. He identified the problem, contacted Meenan to arrange a second appointment as the leak requires more resources than he had for this emergency call.

Once again the service dept was on top of things. They come clean and leave my burner area just as clean when finished. No one is better!!!! Love this company ❤️

The technician had to replace the nozzle and adjust the air intake. The burner is running fine as of now.

Bob is awesome..it took us a few months to get him. Meenan sent someone else recently and my husb as nd explained what Bob said he needed to do last time which is quite timely. The last guy made the problem worse and was not here for long. Bob took 1 hour to fix the problem again. He was not sure how it got changed back but we had a new oil tank put in and the problem began again. Bob takes longer and only has to come 1x. Maybe Meenan should have him train the younger people. The gentleman who came out to assist with my broiler was very professional, efficient and know exactly what he was doing. I was very pleased with his work, wish I remember his name.
