Thank you so much for all of your efforts in making my experience seamless. I was so delighted to work with Melissa Staller. She is very knowledgeable and sensitive to a buyer's needs. She made it so simple and though there were some last-minute hiccups, mostly to my doing, she kept me abreast of any issues that could arise. We worked together so well. She asked and I provided-couldn't get any simpler than that.
