I feel Melissa treated us as if we were part of her family. We went on a cruise for 7 days and she assured us she would take care and monitor rates so we could get the lowest possible rate before it started going up. When we got home, she notified us immediately of the rate. To her word, she did get us a great rate. Thank you Melissa for making this experience a great one.
