Went with a group of 15 people and had reservations. The atmosphere and ambiance was great! Very cool spot. It took FOREVER for a drink and French fires appetizers! We asked if we could order another drink and would it be out within 20 minutes and the waiter was like “it’s busy”. So no food and we only had one drink in 1 hr and 45 min. Might try it again but service was 3 stars at best.

As always, wonderful service at Mel’s. The food is outstanding and a good selection of drinks. Nice atmosphere for a speakeasy. Love the gin martini!

There wasn’t enough staff! Many had to wait for drinks and snacks!
Went with friends before our anniversary dinner to have a few cocktails. The cocktails were very well balanced. The only food we had were the pork rinds, and they were a nice snack. The service was great. I definitely want to go back and try more things.

Friend and I wanted a place to get dolled up and visit. Went on 9.27.2024. The space is gorgeous and clean. We loved it was not crowded and we could sit anywhere. Music playlist was fantastic-old school hip hop and r&b. Volume was perfect because we could talk and still hear each other and the music. Bartender was spectacular. We have enjoyed Commission Row and one day decided to try Mel’s for cocktails after dinner. The drinks were amazing. Then we decided to try it for dinner as well. If you like complex elevated cocktails and unique recipes, this place is for you.
