We have been clients for years. Recently experienced poor customer service with boarding (twice). Excuses were given but the same thing happened a second time. I am also not a fan of the numerous phone call reminders they have implemented. The veterinarian services have been fine but I think for some reason customer care has declined in the past six months. It was a long drive for us but we always felt like in the past it was worth it. Hope they get it together.
