This vet REFUSED SEVICE to an 8 lb Yorkie bitten TWICE by a Copperhead this week because they “didn’t have an appointment”. She passed away after SUFFERING for 12 hours because she lost care in that critical first hour. They went to this vet instead of their current vet because it was so much closer and time was of the essence. They turned away a fur baby that had been bitten by a copperhead because they didn’t have an appointment. The pup died. Shame on them.
I have been taking my dog here for a couple of years. A hurt dog was left on my driveway yesterday. Their website says walk ins welcome. The door says NO walk ins. Went inside. Empty waiting room. Refused service. Maybe new management. Don't think they have ability to xray anymore.
