First impressions speaks volume and my first visit here will also be my last. I came to drop off our dogs with my fiancé for boarding and the whole experience was awful. To sum it all up they treated my fiance and I in the most rude way possible. We were told we needed to see a vet before they could allow our dogs to board and when we asked why they responded in the most ill mannered way possible and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by bringing our dog with their special diet. I am truly sorry for your experience. In 15 years of practice, you are the first to bring a raw food diet to board. It poses some safety issues with our staff, and other clients pets. I chose this vet hospital originally because it was close to home and from it’s high reviews. I’ve gone into this vet hospital several times and every single time I’ve come in I was ALWAYS welcomed by the MOST RUDE AND STUCK UP front clerks/vet assistants I’ve ever met! What was the tipping point was when I made reservations for my dogs to be boarded for a couple days and I called in advance to make reservations and let them be aware of their special raw diet. We have come here off and for several years. Recently my dog was hit by a car and they helped me through every aspect of getting him well. Always taking the time to make sure all my questions were answered and being so sympathetic toward the situation. Dr. Strong is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone!
We had to put our beloved pet of 14 years down yesterday. They showed so much kindness and compassion and made the process as simple and easy as possible for our family. They hadn't been our regular vet, but definitely will be in the future.
Although me & my grandmother came here because her cat of 17 yrs was sick & we ended up having to make the most difficult decision to put her to sleep. The staff & Dr. Quillin were so patient & when I mean patient I mean we probably took about 2 in a half hrs of the doctor's time! They were very caring to us for what we were going through. One of the best pet hospitals in Edmond
