THEY FULLY VACCINATED MY SR. DOG AGAINST MY WISHES! We have been taking our dogs to MPRH for many years. The original owner Dr. Woods was awesome. We saw Dr. Parsons for many years, who was the best, until the practice recently sold & she was no longer there. For years, they had seen our dogs without vaccines. If you like paying for extra fees because their facilities are not the proper size.like $18 for Fecal Test and $50 fee for a exam just to have your dog groomed and other random things your dog doesn’t always need then this is the place for you. Jean Northup 4 hours ago- The Drs are very good and communicate with compassion. The facility is also very nice. However, we have decided to take our business elsewhere after 9 years. There have been issues with being over billed multiple times when we've boarded our dogs, baths being missed when requested etc. Samantha, the office manager, did not respond at all to the concerns we had following the unexpected death of our dog during emergency surgery there. We have gone to this place for years. The last two have not gone well. I would not recommend this practice. The Drs are good, but many issues with the managers.
RecommendedUPDATE added in comments. does NOT recommend. Our first visit here we were stressed out with a work in appointment because we got a puppy and he was sick and not eating for a couple days. They made sure to get him in and the service was excellent! Everone was friendly and kind. We debated this vet or banfield and I'm glad we chose here!! Our scare was parvo but that wasn't the case 🙌 the vet figured it out quickly and put us at ease!
