I had my consultation today. I will have a tooth extracted the end of the month. I will have to be sedated. Dr Staples explained everything to me & my husband. Asked if we had any questions. The nurse went out & another lady came in & explained the charges for today, explained the insurance procedure & gave me my appointment. So far, this office is top notch to me. Dr Staples is extremely nice & all the staff was very nice & helpful.
Short wait time, staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, the waiting area was nice and calming
Everybody Was So Nice
I arrived a few minutes early for my 11:00 am appointment. My procedure called for me to be put to sleep so my sister came with me to drive me home. She was impressed with the facilities and connected to the FREE wi-if to do some work. After completing the questionnaire, at precisely at 11:00 am I was called back for my procedure. What stood out to me was, how friendly Dr.Staples staff is. They truly made me feel right at home like, a family member. I felt safe and secure with both of my procedures. A staff member stayed with me from the beginning to the end. My Uncle said he was informed in a timely matter.

My surgery went well
Dr. Fordjour removed two (2) teeth and (2) Torus Mandibularis under tongue. Dr. Fordjour explained procedures and his soft spoken manner was calming. Office was very nice, clean, and his staff were well qualified and efficient. Will definitely go back for any oral surgery needs. I am 80 and have never had a tooth extraction and a situation like this normally would have me very anxious. Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Fordjour.
The office staff was nice and decorated nicely. I thought it would be very expensive but it wasn’t. Dr Staples saw me on time and the whole process seemed very seamless.
