Dr. staples did an excellent job on my surgery I really appreciate him and his staff for being so nice and making me feel comfortable
Firstly, Dr. Staples was great. He has high rating for a reason. He made me feel comfortable and less anxious. To end said greatness, THE STAFF completely got me out of my element; I will never recommend this place to anyone. EVER! Almost the entire staff made the experience unsettling, and unenjoyable. I went in for my consultation, and should have known from what I was told in the back what I was told out from something was not right. I called to make an appointment for my procedure and was told the doctor was out but would be back the next day and she would call me back. I waited until two days later and no call so I called and was told he would not be back until Friday. I called on Friday and was given an appointment for 3/3. HE DOES NOT GIVE PROPER PAIN MANAGEMENT & HAS CONTINUOUSLY LEFT ME IN UNNECESSARY PAIN! I am a current patient of Dr. Staples as of 7/6/2020. He performed a double jaw surgery (he separated my jaws and placed them in proper position) on me 6/3/2020 and to this day has fought me on proper pain management. In the hospital, Dr. Staples prescribed ONE pain reliever to be administered to me ever 4 hours. I was in excruciating pain, I asked for another pain medication to alternate and she said that she would have to request it. Sh... read more
My wait time was very long. I got there at 3:15 and got seen at approx. 530. I can understand that they had other patients. But I called ahead of time and told them that I have Von Willie Brand Desease. I have to have surgery within 1 hour of having medication put in me or I will have essessive bleeding and could bleed out. They knew I had just had meds put in me and I was so long being seen to. Dr. Staples is the worst doctor ever!!!!!!! Don't trust him to do anything to your mouth!!!!!!
This is the worst oral dentist in the USA OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again.
I went to him a few years ago after being referred to him I was 16 at the time and needed my wisdom teeth out immediately they started to bother right before school was supposed to start. I felt absolutely nothing I was put to sleep and had all 4 pulled out 2 had to be cut out surgery was about 2-3 hours I was out of it for one day the next I was fine and went on to school. Now as a young adult I still haven't had any issues but if I do I pray I don't but I'll go back . I have sent 4 ppl to him
This was the worst dentist I've ever come in contact with.
