Our experience this week was simply amazing. All three of my children had cleanings. The children were very comfortable, and the hygienists were extremely friendly and efficient .
Dr. Thomas Mercer was willing to see me immediately and fix a broken front crown even though I was not an established patient. He and his dental assistant were very gracious and reassuring. They were extremely concerned about my comfort and my satisfaction with my appearance. I was genuinely impressed with the state of the art technology he used. Dr. Andy worked for me when he was a busboy at the Blue Coat Inn many years ago. He was always a very dependable and dedicated employee. Now, the family practice has become his responsibility.
