April was terrific. She was very gentle. She has a comforting chairside manner and is most professional. I am looking forward to my next cleaning in six months because of her. Dr. Tom Mercer's examination was thorough and he spent time answering my questions. I was somewhat apprehensive prior to this appointment, but very glad that I kept it.
Easy procedure, one less tooth in my mouth for a few weeks. Thanks Dr. Tom.
Coming from bad dental experiences Mercer has been a breath of fresh air. Professional all the way, I wouldn't say pain free but they have been gentle.
I've been with this office for a little over a year now. I've found every aspect of this dental group to be exceptional. The entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone extends the amount of time with you that's necessary for your individual need at the time. Dr. Thomas and Rhonda are the best! Together they coaxed out a crown, executed the prep work and cast the tooth for a beautiful new porcelain work of art! They made a trip to the dentist a pleasureable as possible. I have already recommended them to frinds needing this work.
I broke a tooth and was able to make an appointment quickly. Dr. Tom examined me and gave me several treatment options with possible costs. While not a happy visit, I was impressed with the treatment that I received.
Very pleased and doing very well after extraction
The doctors and staff at Mercer Dental Associates are always skillful, amiable, and professional. The appointments seem to be conveniently spaced so that the waiting room never seems "crowded," and the ambiance is very pleasant and comfortable. Additionally, the patient's "time" seems to be as important as their own and business is taken care of in a timely and friendly manner.
The Dr. and staff there are awesome and I will be sure to refer everyone I come in contact with.
