My first visit to Mercer and Sydell Dental was an absolutely super experience. It all began when I made my phone call to schedule the appointment--the receptionist was such a delight to interact with--her people skills are just wonderful. And then she even called me by name when I walked in the door--WOW!! I had a superb cleaning--Brandy is the best! I was pleased (as usual) with treatment, but a little upset that the cost I had been given jumped $90 on the final bill. I used to be charged $88 for a single filling in PA…this was close to 3X that cost.
