the office is top of the line from entrance to exit. I was impressed with Dr. Adam's demeanor, because he exhibits a trusting nature. after all everyone young or old are a little nervous about going to the dentist. initially the receptionist Ms. Robin is very professional and also trusting. she is the first one you meet and she puts you at ease immediately. first impressions are necessary to close the circle. she represents the face of the office..

I was very touched with the hasty response to my phone message. Robin could not have been ANY nicer talking with me and detecting my anxiety. Telling me to just come on over and I would be worked in was wonderful. Excuse me for forgetting the young lady's name that worked with me there but she was super in chatting with me and getting me ready for Dr. Sydell.
