They held my hand through the entire process to make sure everything was taken care of. The driver was professional and courteous and kind. RecommendedI was completely lost after posting for car shipping. After getting about 30 quotes, I was even worse. I received an email from Jesus Vega at Mercury. He explained how it works and what to watch out for. I continued to shop around only to feel more confused. So I called Jesus, he walked me through all the steps and had my car shipped the next morning. I'm very happy with the results of calling Mercury.
