RecommendedContacted Drew Rightnour with Mercury Auto Transport in helping me to ship a car from Harrisburg, PA to Tucson, AZ. I was worried since I have never done this. Drew kept in contact and sent very helpful things to know about transports. Everything went well, and now the car lives in Arizona! Highly recommend this company.
Recommended5/5! I used Mercury Auto Transport and I’ve got to say I’ve made one the best decisions ever! They’re extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Professional and helpful! Will be using Mercury again!
RecommendedVery satisfied with the service. Scott was very professional and they followed up with text and Email giving us peace of mind. Thank you!
RecommendedYes for sure. Melissa Dossett was excellent and removed all the stress. Very sharp and personable. She also found us an excellent transport driver. Couldn't be happier.
Business response:
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this amazing review
RecommendedI worked with Danielle from Mercury Auto Transport and she was very pleasant to work with. She communicated with me on a regular basis, giving me updates along the way without bombarding me too much. She also answered all my questions with patience and helped me walk through the process since this was my first time shipping a car. You will need some flexibility as there are circumstances that are not in anyone’s control. For example, that even though it’s “door to door”, in this industry, it likely means you meet them at... read more
RecommendedLet's face it. Some operators in this industry are sketchy and have kind of a scam vibe. I went with Justine Musselman because she wrote informative emails to me about how the process really works and over time I began to trust her. I actually called often to get ideas of shipping costs of various vehicles and she was most helpful. When it was time to pull the trigger I had already decided on her being my broker. Soon after my vehicle was on it's way and I got it yesterday. Couldn't be happier. I fully endorse Justine. In... read more

RecommendedI had a classic car shipped from Washington and was really stressed for about two weeks on shipping the vehicle to Las Vegas. Mercury auto transport is awesome. Just took care of business from beginning to end. Jesus Vega, emailed me about every single detail. I am so informed about the transport industry because of how much information Jesus Vega had shared with me. And my transport driver. Wow, talk about just a good human being. Super humble, and was able to pick up my car on the date I wanted, as well as deliver the car ... read more
RecommendedI had representative Angelos Pazos since my first call. I was kept in the loop every day of the process until they found a carrier that would do my route from New England to North Carolina. It took a few weeks to find one but once he did everything went very smoothly and the communcations continued until my car was delivered. Pick up and delivery was also very smooth and door to door as promised. Highly recommend Mercury Auto transport and Angeloas well.. Thanks
RecommendedWe used this company to transport our Prius and I was very impressed with the process from start to finish. The information was transparent and succinct. The follow through was as expected. We needed the car at a specific window of time and they made that happen and stayed in close communication to reassure us of the location of the car on route.
