The Staff makes it worth it The maintenance team is quick and professional; their work is timely and quality. We submitted a maintenance request to have our tub recalked last night, it was completed by close of business today. The superintendent Mayer does a great job and has a very kind/humble personality.
Update the appliances We been staying here for almost 2 years everything is great. Except the fridge need some upgrade specially the amount of the rent we paying for. And plus the new apartment around the areas they have modern appliances. But everything is great from the maintenance to the management very helpful and reachable.
GREAT COMMUNITY AND MANAGEMENT TEAM This was an easy move, management team was great. Jessica was extremely helpful and accommodated our schedule and took her time with us. The unit was fresh and felt like home. Cant wait to try the amenities. As to the that other review, I have not experienced anything of that nature. Laundry facility is always working, and hallways are in good temperature.

I think it... (Verified Renter) I think it is a great community however, people have to deal with the wood floors from the residents above them. Walking on the wood floors is easy to get used to but when stereo or surround sound speakers are turned up, the sound resonates to the apartment below. That will need attention!
AVOID Our experience with management since we moved in has been abysmal! The company is obsessed with money and threatening to fine people constantly for whatever nonsense they decide to come up with from one week to the next. They offer an enticing "no deposit required one off moving in fee of $700" which sounds great at first.
