Laundry room and AC in building broken This is a brand new apartment complex. When I moved in a few months ago I was under the impression that everything was brand new and up to date. This couldn't be further from the truth! The Laundry room has been "temporarily out of service" since the day I moved in (funny that sign wasn't there when I was given a tour of the building).
