Our family was able to have an in person tour and our experience was great. The community almost looks like a resort, I would not mind living there when it comes time, but we just thought it would be overwhelming to our loved one.

We toured Pacifica and it was a nice facility, but it seemed like my mom would just be one of many here and I didn't see that staff to resident intimacy that we were wanting. It was just not going to be the right fit for her.
