My father,[name removed] was a resident of Pacifica Senior Living, Hillsborough for a little more than eight years. He lived six years in the AL area and for medical reasons, relocated to Transitions. We recently lost him at the ripe age of 86 years. He will be greatly missed by our family. Excellent experience while living here. Enjoy the activities like bingo and shipping. Employees and residents are treated like family.

Caregivers are friendly but need to ring or knock before entering, especially when it's late (after 9pm). Food served is good. Before COVID-19 I enjoyed the shipping trips to Walmart.

I like living here a lot. The virus has changed some things. The dining experience is mostly good but if not trained fully it can be frustrating same for caregivers. Staff is caring and efficient. It is a pleasure living in Pacifica.
