The entire staff at Pacifica couldn't have done a better job at making my family feel welcome and at ease. All of our guests have been amused and they are very sympathetic toward all our needs. We highly recommend this community!

The people that work here treat me good. The house keepers clean my apartment good. When I push the remote someone comes to check on me or see what I want.

Pacifica Senior Living in Chino is ranked in the family's top 3 communities for mom when she complained Atria & Sunrise. We selected Pacifica due to cleanliness & energetic & professional staff. Spanish speaking residents and staff was a big plus!

The community is clean and beautiful. I am so grateful that the staff kept in contact with me. We are so grateful to have mom move in. Mom is also excited to move and come home.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange my mom's admission in 3 days. It is my understanding it is normally a 2 week process. The community is immaculate and smells great. The food is also delicious.!

My hospice agency has been providing services for some of the residents over the years. The community is beautiful, it is run professionally and ethically. All of the staff are excellent and dedicated. I'd recommend this community to friends and family.
