Our tour and registration services were wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and goes out of their way to be helpful.
I was very pleased with the attentiveness from the facility, they were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with finding a home for my loved one. I’m very happy that they made my dad feel welcomed and I’m happy to say he is very happy in his new home.
The staff at Pacifica Senior Living Hillsborough always helps when we have questions. The move in process was easy. The meals always look and smell great! The facility is very clean-no smells. I am left wondering a little about the activities. I haven't really asked about them much either. I would say that yes, I would recommend this facility to others. My loved one is in the Memory Care transitions unit, so she can't really answer questions we ask, but she seems happy and well fed!
Mom loved the food as this is important to her! She is very eager to move in.
My overall experience was very good. Building, grounds, rooms, staff and location are perfect for my sister's needs.
