Plenty of parking and nice amenities. My tour was handled by [name removed] whom is a pleasure to deal with during this Challenging time. The staff was nice and answered all my questions. Looks like they have a multitude of activities with a very large commons area. Price seems better than most and located in a good area with hospital and doctor's offices literally across the street.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a thoughtful welcome gift provided along with a schedule of events. Staff checked on my mother daily without fail. The residents were kind. However the apartment needed updating. The furniture was old and scratched up. The shower looked like it was patched together. The layout of the bathroom did not support independence as it was necessary to enter into the tub where the toilet was located in order not to get wet after turning on the shower. My comments for #7: my dad is in the memory care unit and they don't do much of anything for them for activities. I feel they should at a minimum, take them outside to get fresh air and that never happens. Facebook posts all of the fun activities, but that is for non-memory care residents. More care should be taken to work individually and engage with those in memory care to help them because many are nonverbal. My favorite part about living here is the friendships I've made with my neighbors . The reason I wanted to live here was the opportunity to live near other people that have similar interest to me. The staff members are always kind, and they make me feel positive about myself.

High turnover, in every area from entry level to upper management. That can create some pain points but overall I was very pleased with the level of respect and care my father was treated with while in the memory care unit.

Staff is great but unfortunately like all these places there is a lot of turnover. They need to pay them more.

We appreciate the four-star recognition of our staff and agree that they are great. As a licensed Assisted Living community our staffing level and pay are commiserate with other senior living communities and compare favorably to the local employment market.
I give it a 10 if that was available. I would give the friendliness a 10. The meals and dining services is a tough one because so many of the chefs didn't stay very long. I understand the latest chef who was doing a really good job Also just left. The value for cost is also another tough one. Most of the people there had more money than I did and I was paying [fee removed] a month for a studio apartment, which is why I just moved to Athens, Alabama. I would still give it a five.

Well kept well run facility. Meals are excellent and residents and staff very friendly. Nice community environment. Priced well considering other options in area.
