Well kept well run facility. Meals are excellent and residents and staff very friendly. Nice community environment. Priced well considering other options in area.

The administration office is very helpful and friendly as long as you stay in contact with them. The atrium is beautiful and has a ton of activities scheduled throughout the month. The library is extensive and includes books with large print. The activities director is so kind to my dad.

We gave the overall experience a 4 because of the many staff changes. However, what we like the most about the Meridian at Westwood is the friendliness of the staff and we would recommend them to other families.

[name removed] was amazing and extremely helpful! Apartment was very clean and tastefully done. Our mother will enjoy living here. We were impressed by the activities they have to offer. The nursing staff seems very kind and friendly. The maintenance man [name removed] was friendly and outstanding attitude.

I'm very impressed with the services that have been provided at the Meridian. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my mom is fully taken care of. I love the location and the availability of every medical provider my mom needs within a 1 mile radius. She is able to get to her appointments by scheduling a ride with the provided van driver. I'm happy to see the decor being nicely updated as well. I've mentioned to several people that I am so grateful to have my mom at the Meridian. It's the best place for her. I have only been here one month and it already feels like home. The staff is wonderful and are available to help you with anything. The food is very good and is even getting better with the new chef. People are so friendly that they will stop you And ask if your new and introduced themselves and welcome you. There are many, many activities, so there is always something you can find to do and friends to be there and help you. I couldn’t be happier.

1. it was easy had some hurdles but they were resolved 2. always clean 3. most people always are friendly and kind 4. plus they take really good care of my dad 5. 5he likes the food 6. I see alot of activities when we visit but my dad is a loner. 7. a bit on the pricer side of things, especially compared to miami area which surprised me. The main receptionist is great, my dad's nurses one I can think of is [name removed] they are great. As for admin staff they are going through some turnover.

. I rated cleanliness down but mostly because the are doing a lot if updates, stucco repair and paint, flooring changes, etc. They should have thought through the construction cleanup better as they go. Overall a great value for the money I think.
