I would suggest you check it out and visit the community. The structure of the community is very appealing. There is a large atrium in the middle of the community and it is kind of like a cruise ship. It is attractive and it is a nice place to sit outside of their room. The have shuffleboard and other items for entertainment. There is always some events and they are coming back.

We chose Meridian at Westwood because everyone was friendly and it looked like the lobby of a hotel when you walk in. It was also in a good location. They have been great with communication, they send emails frequently to keep us updated. It is good all the way around I would recommend.

My only regret is that I waited 2 years to move to this amazing senior facility!! No matter the time of day, the staff is so special, sweet, and accommodate the elderly with e utmost love, caring, respect as we go through our twilight years!! So much patience I don't know how they do it!! I hope this company realizes the asset they have with such employees!! Thank you all!!

We chose Meridian at Westwood because of the convenient location as well as the cost and the features that the facility has to offer. The room sizes here are good. They are good with communication, they email us regularly about what is going on. I would recommend to others looking.

We went into the facility when it was normal but then covid started, so we have experience with it during both times. We chose this facility because of the food, we had come on a couple of visits and an open house and we got to have a meal. It was wonderful, those chefs are no longer here but the food is still good. There is always food available and you can have other things if you do not like what is being served. We also really like that the facility goes from independent living all the way to memory care. We really like this place, however they do not take Medicaid. It is self pay only. We can survive for awhile with my mother's money she has saved but if she lives more than a few years we would be forced to find alternate arrangements for a place for her to live...

The Meridian at Westwood facility lends itself to a vacation lifestyle. This is not the cozy small facility but a large bustling facility with large atrium with dining, games and exercise classes are held. This is the cruise ship feel. We liked this feel but understand it may not be enjoyed by all. The staff knew the names of clients and all seem to enjoy there time there.

We chose Meridian at Westwood because it was close to my house so we could visit often. She had a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it was very nice and big. The food here was decent, they had breakfast lunch and dinner served down at the dining room before covid. Then they had to send food up in a styrofoam container. We ended up moving her out due to not being able to visit her.
