[name removed]- our receptionist - may I describe her as calm, cool and collected, courteous, very kind, helpful and a lovely friendly lady. Also while we are under construction may I mention out housekeeping unit - amazing the job they do keeping the hallways clean.

I love living here because if the people - both residents and staff. There are lots of activities. The minuses are the noise of construction and cost of rent. Rents were raised 4% which is double the "cost of hiring" - one day it may be a 5 star but not yet.

The staff is phenomenal, everyone is caring, social, and helpful. I have recommended this facility to friends and family. Plenty of activities and activities director ([name removed]) is open to suggestions.
