I thoroughly enjoyed my time visiting and working with Chris to secure a place for my mother at the Meridian. He was very friendly, as well as all the staff there. Not only friendly but very encouraging and dedicated to his job as well as the well being of the Senior community. The meals were wonderful, and with many options. The activities were there on a daily and hourly basis. And Chris was able to allow myself and mother to experience some of these before we decided to make the final step. visited 2 weeks ago. nice facility, but no japanese tenents. That is a high priority given my mothers ethnicity and insecurities. Tonya was wonderful.

This was just for an overnight respite stay. When I went to check out there was some difficulty finding someone to do that. They had a little happy hour, which was good. The food was fine. For the time I was there I can't think of anything to be improved or done better.

It’s a great place! I love it! They some activities, but not as many as I thought they would. I think it’s a fabulous place. I ate there just the other day with my loved one and the food is fabulous. There is enough parking.

We used this for a respite stay and they're very on top of it. The residents are really really happy. There's a lot of interaction instead of people being sequestered in their rooms and separate from everyone. When you first walk in there is a big round table where they play games and talk and read. It's terrific.

We had our loved one here but had to move her because they did not have availability for the next level of care she needed. It seemed like a nice little community and would like to get them back into it when we have a chance.

My father is happy there. I am slightly irritated with the place bc they don't clean well and the service elevator has been broken for over 6 months with no sign of repair efforts. My father cannot get his couch delivered as a result. In my opinion, that is poor management and being cheap despite the amount of money they charge my father

Our housekeeping staff has been working very hard to ensure that the community is at it's best. We recognize that the elevator having been down makes the situation difficult, and we can confirm that the repairs are complete and the last step is inspection from the city which is happening next week. We always appreciate hearing from loved ones.
This is only MY rating. I had some early problems that never got solved. It was Corporate problems. I was happy to leave, and wouldn't go back.
