RecommendedI have been a customer of Merit Pools since 1996. They are an incredible business and I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are very knowledgeable and have been very helpful to me. I recently had a problem with my filter shortly after opening the pool. I went to the store and Angela helped to figure out the problem. She sent a tech to my house to pick up my filter and returned it the next day. Thanks for the great service!

RecommendedI switched to Merit Pools two years ago. The service has always been friendly and prompt. I had a couple of issues with my pool this year and Merit was there to provide prompt service to repair the problems. One was a problem with the pump and one was when my heater died. Both issues were resolved within a week of my call for service. Ben and Jeff, the owners, were fully involved in the entire process of determining our needs, making recommendations based on our conversations and property layout and helping plan the pool. We were completely screwed over by Merit Pools in Augusta, Maine. Do NOT use this company, there are so many other pool companies that still value customer service. My family was given a quote in March 2019. We were told our pool date was June 7/8 2019. We put down a deposit and sadly, never checked with another pool company.
